  I had an extremely bad experience with this cleaners, specifically with misplacing my pants and losing items that were left by the seamstress. I had some work done by the seamstress who returned my pants and some remaining items to the cleaners after she had finished; however, when I went to the cleaners the next day to pick up both items, Ginny, one of the employees at the cleaners was unable to locate either one of the items. What was even worse, she could not explain where the items were that was left with her at the cleaners. She eventually found the pants; however, did not return the other item which was in a bag. I contacted the seamstress to see if she still had the item, and she informed me that when she dropped off the pants, she also left the bag with Ginny at the cleaners. I went back to the cleaners to find out why the bag was not returned to me along with the pants and was told by Ginny, the same lady who the items was left with, did not know and the item could not be found.
  
  This was extremely irresponsible and careless on Ginny's part, especially knowing she was the person who the items were left with and took no care in making sure the items were returned to me.
  
  IF I could give a rating of -10 I would. There was no excuse for Ginny not making sure that the items were not returned, and did not compensate me for the loss items.
