  About 3 weeks ago Peggy was the worker st this laundromat. I go here every week to do laundry for about a year now. I came in with my bags and I had 10.00 cash on me so I added it to my card because I had no money on my laundry card because I usually put the exact amount of about 30.00 each time. There was a customer at the desk so I just walked over to the machine and added my ten bucks. I put some of my clothes in the washer and started it than I had 5.00 let so I went to another washer and added the money and clothes all to find out the washer took my money. Well long story short Peggy accused me of trying to steal a 5.00 wash and called the cops on me. I waited until the police came and explained to them the Situation. I was embarrassed and felt so disrespected as I never stole a day in my life. I than called the manager who ensured me that due to this(also confirm that indeed the machine took my money) that they would offer me a free wash and fold. So I bring my clothes to get washed and folded. No one called me to tell me they were done I had to call the next day and when I went to pick it up I was greeted by the manager who said that she felt as though I had too much clothes and she was taken advantage of. So I ended up paying for the wash and fold because that were not my intentions. Mind you I didn’t have any amount that I wouldn’t have washed myself. Moral of the story is they tried to make it seem as though they understood what it felt to be humiliated offered free service but than took it back because it was paid for. I have never been so humiliated and disgusted at a company. Sad because I would never step foot in that place again.

  Decent place to do your laundry. There is free Wifi that is good. Machines were clean and easy to use. You have to buy one of their laundry cards (you can only use it there). Place is clean.
