  Shane is a very knowledgeable and thorough trainer. I wish I would of meet him some time ago! He is very patient and is willing to explain why you are doing something, along with the how. I have progressed greatly since working with him. His background is exemplary, and feel confident I will achieve my goals. I intend to stay with him for a long time. I highly recommend him as a person, and as a trainer!!
