  Did anyone watch 20-20 last week? This guy has to be the worst attorney that ever lived! He did not even present a defense for his innocent client in a murder case thinking the prosecution was weak and it was not necessary. His client ended up serving a life sentence but is now being re-investigated by the judge Timothy Concaid and a prominent pro bono Atty who only takes on 2% of suspected wrong convictions. Totally bad judgement and incompetence in his handling of his defendant Mark Carver.
