  Once you actually reach staff the experience is pleasant, however most of the times I have called I've had to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Their process for requesting an appointment is outdated for the digital age. Appointments through an app would be nice but even simple email would be preferable and far more convenient for clients who are not at liberty to take calls during the day.
