  I understand that summer is a busy time, but Allison and Sam were both very rude in their scheduling. We have a very tight schedule and needed an appointment within a week, that we had told them about. Two days before our appointment they suddenly reschedule. When we called, they told us that if we can't be flexible, to find a new trainer. Maybe they are great trainers, I dont know, but very poor scheduling and customer service.
