  I would not recommend this place either. My husband had a blow out while on interstate and just trying to get a quote for the towing charges. I felt okay with their quote but I needed to call and confirm the exact location of the car before giving the "go ahead" to tow our car. Before I could even finish my sentence the girl hung up on me in mid sentence. I would suggest that she give someone a chance to finish their conversation before ending the call. I chose to call another towing service and they were great. Very quick and listened to my dilemma. I want name the name but I'm going to finish this and give the other company an excellent review, I'll also mention that the other company was slightly cheaper but had Sawyer's had decent customer service I would have stuck with them. Glad she hung up because now I know who to call the next time I have a problem.
