  I live in Alamance Reserve and was hardly informed of the new management- Southwood Realty taking over. First off, they didn't let us know HOW to pay our rent online this month... and second off they didn't tell us of ANY changes (i.e. we would no longer be notified of receiving packages. So I go in to see what's up and there is absolutely no customer service. The staff wasn't friendly, didn't introduce themselves, just told me how to pay online now. Then, when I inquired about the package system, they said I wouldn't be notified as of now. So I asked if they could check if I had any packages and Christy literally responded, "Well did you order anything?" Are. You. Kidding. Me? I get packages from friends and family at random times as surprises so how would I know if I had a package from them? I couldn't believe she asked this question as opposed to just walking 10 feet and checking. I am so disappointed and completely dissatisfied with this new management and if I had known about Bell Partners no longer running the place, I would've started looking for a new place to live a LOT sooner.
