  This place sucks. I work for Walmart and I can tell you tiresearch department is terr. Lazy and lack of attention is they main goal. Go to another Walmart tires. One guy put me in hold so he can talk to a friend and I can hear him talking and they when I ask his name he hand out the phone

  Awful service. Went in at 2:15 p.m. for simple oil change and tire balance. Only 1 other customers was there. Was checked in at 2:45 after seeing multiple employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Another employee was sitting in his own personal car blasting music full of obscenities while I have a 5 year old in the car, his music was so loud that my own windows were vibrating. Finally got vehicle checked in and returned at 6:00 p.m. that tire balance was not done because no one had been told so. This was after I stated multiple times at check in that I needed my tires balanced and was told that it would be. This was my first time here and it will absolutely be my last. This is Gastonia at its very finest. Don't come here and trust these idiots with your vehicle.
