  I would like to warn anyone who buys at Conn's. The customer service for warranty work is the worst I have very experienced. My TV broke over 24 days ago and still not fixed. Bought a 500$ warranty for the worse service ever. I contacted Customer Service, and after telling the lady if it was not fixed soon, I would go back to the store where I bought it and get a answer, her response was, You know you are being recorded". It has been 32 days now. This has to be the worst company I have ever delt with. I will be filing a formal complaint to the BBB,news stations,and most importantly the Military. Would like to see this company be recognized as a NON- FRIENDLY Military company. Sad excuse for customer service.
