  I appreciate the effort to help and support veterans as a whole. However, I respectfully request that if NC Work's employees are going to contact us then at least be educated about the subject matter in which you are calling, to include proper phone and communication ediquet. I do not enjoy being asked a question and being cut off periodically when I am trying to give an answer, then to be told that I am confusing when the person asking the question should already know the difference between the "DOD" and the "VA". I will also contact "vocational rehabilitation" on my own. It is unprofessional and rude to build barriers if it is your job to give assistance.
