  Was told during an oil change at a different company that my battery showed weak even though it had been replaced at NTB (different location). Asked this location to check the battery strength, associate showed me the printout of the battery that it was testing strong. Had to ask what steps I should take next because the jeep isn't starting right up, and was eventually told that it could be the starter or the alternator, and after more prodding, was told they could test both for free.
  So as long as you know what you need to ask for, they'll do it for you. Nice guys but not overly helpful.
