  I called and made an appointment for A Plus to take a look at my dryer. I was given a window of 12-4 for the tech to show up. At 3:50 I called to get an update and was told by the office the tech would be calling shortly. At 4:50 I called back to the office and was told the tech was running behind and that they would call me right back with an estimate on when the tech arrived. It is now 7:00 and no one has called me back nor has the tech arrived.
