  I would not recommend this place for a kids party venue. 1. This venue was difficult to find. 2. The grounds were muddy; It would have been nice to have a stone path, at least, to the shelter/picnic area. 3. They had personal hand towels instead of paper towels to wipe your hands on in the bathroom; unsanitary 4. The venue had very few farm animals and they were brought out to the children one at a time which seemed odd to me. 5. The playground equipment was weathered and old looking. 6. The children were served cheap artificially flavored "juice" and a small bunny shaped cupcake was only provided for the children; the children were expected to decorate the cupcakes themselves with plastic knives; I thought was a little inappropriate for children 2-3 yr old: the age of the children in our group. And the napkins looked like they were saved from take out restaurants 6. The owner/operator was not very friendly or helpful; some of us arrived 10 min. early and was told we would have to wait until the exact start time and then she rushed us at the end. She had poor time management and party organization. I grew up on a farm; this venue is a poor example of what a farm really is. This venue was a disappointment
